We’re Hiring! | International Voice Process – Night Shift
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19 – Udyog Vihar

Operations profile
* Coordinate with clients & internal teams for smooth shipments
* Handle documentation and update records
* Ensure timely communication with US counterparts
* Support sales team with operational requirements
* Make outbound calls to potential US clients
* Pitch logistics & Freight services confidently
Requirements
✔Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✔ Confident, patient, and professional on calls
