- Be responsible for the technical value proposition of Swiss Life Network and the related products, services and processes
- Support Relationship Managers of Swiss Life Network in submission of global RFPs for multinational companies, tailored to the requirements of each client
- Support and advise Relationship Managers of Swiss Life Network and Network partners for client requests in relation to group insurance solutions and its implementation in international pooling programs
- Identify and define growth- and profitability-strategies for partners and international clients in the context of international employee benefits programs and its subsequent implementation
- Review partnerships and client-relationships in regards of commercial and financial terms and support respective negotiations
- Be involved in commercial decisions and developments for further growth of the business of Swiss Life Network
- Identify and develop service efficiency enhancements and process improvements
- Holding Master’s degree in actuarial sciences, finance, mathematics or any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the Corporate insurable Employee Benefits (Life, Disability, Medical, Pensions,…), preferably in the area of international employee benefits programs
- Knowledge about international pooling-, international employee benefits- and insurable EB-market would be an asset
- Communicative personality with good negotiation skills
- Knowledge about provisions calculation, risk premiums, etc
- Programming skills of VBA or SQL is an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Business fluency in English; French, German, Spanish or any other language is an asset
- Self-driven individual with analytical and conceptual skills
