At NORMAL, we continue to grow, both nationally and internationally. To support our expansion, we are now looking for a new colleague to help us ensure compliant contracts, solid HR-legal procedures, and smooth HR operations across our markets.
The job and responsibilities
As our new International HR & Mobility Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting NORMAL’s international expansion, both in existing and in new countries. You will lead HR-related activities when we enter new markets – from establishing core HR processes to handling the very first employment contracts. Your work will help secure a compliant and structured start in each new market.
Among other things, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with local legal advisors to ensure compliant employment contracts, benefits, and HR processes in new markets.
- Setting up our HR and recruitment systems, including contract templates, onboarding documents, and mandatory training or certifications needed before opening.
- Preparing initial employment contracts until a local HR colleague is in place.
- Assisting with recruiting HR/Payroll colleagues for new countries.
- Creating structure and processes for international mobility, including managing A1 certificates, posted worker documents, and supporting colleagues working abroad in coordination with colleagues in the local markets.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure proper handling of residence and work permits for international employees.
Who you are
You are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with administrative tasks that require accuracy and well-defined processes. You are curious by nature and motivated to dive into employment regulations across different EU countries. You feel comfortable navigating legal requirements in close collaboration with our HR Legal and Payroll teams and enjoy a role where you build clarity and structure.
In addition, we expect that you
- have relevant experience with international mobility, employment contracts, and understanding of employment rules.
- feel comfortable working with HR legal topics and collaborating with specialists.
- have strong administrative skills and a structured way of working.
- speak and write English fluently; Danish is an advantage.
You don’t need to be familiar with all the markets we operate in – what matters is your curiosity, adaptability and motivation to learn and understand each country’s regulations.
Who we are
At NORMAL, our culture is relaxed and down-to-earth. We meet each other as equals with a shared goal of achieving success and great results – while having a lot of fun along the way. We believe in WE more than ME, which means we help each other out when things get busy. Our colleagues enjoy a high degree of flexibility and influence, as we want to create a workplace built on trust and personal responsibility.
Work location: Onsite Skanderborg - No relocation assistance is offered for this position, and you need to hold a Danish work permit.
Want to join our team?
If you are interested in this position, please send us a CV and a cover letter with a few words about yourself and why you would be a great fit for this role.
If you have any questions about the position you are welcome to contact Head of HR Legal, Stine Hartvig Christoffersen on stch@normal.dk
We will have ongoing interviews and will hire as soon as we have found the right candidate.
