Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions for clients. Maintain profitability while ensuring competitive pricing for customers.
  • Order Management: Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from origin to destination. Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting the transportation and logistics sector in the US. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing freight brokerage operations in the United States. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, customer satisfaction levels, and profit margins. Take proactive measures to achieve or exceed business objectives.
