International Education Advisor - Job Description

As a International Education Advisor, you will play a key role in assisting students interested in studying abroad. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Client Follow-up & Communication:

Conducting daily follow-ups with prospective clients (students and parents) to ensure they receive timely and accurate information.

Managing the required number of calls daily, as set by the company, to maintain a consistent communication flow and ensure lead conversion.

Maintaining communication with universities, students, and their families to ensure that deadlines are met.

Offering updates and information on changes in university programs or visa requirements

Guidance & Counselling:

Advising students on available study destinations, courses, and universities based on their preferences and goals.

Helping students with the entire application process, including SOPs, recommendation letters, and visa documentation.

Informing students about available scholarships, financial aid programs, and loan options for studying abroad.

Seminars and Webinars:

Conducting seminars and webinars to educate and guide students about study opportunities abroad, visa processes, and other relevant topics when required.

Engaging students during these sessions to answer questions and provide personalized advice.

Market Adaptability:

Staying up to date with changing trends in overseas education and willing to learn about new countries and destinations based on market demand.

Regularly researching new opportunities and educational pathways that may interest students.

Administrative Support & Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and progress.

Preparing and sharing timely reports with the reporting manager, as required, to ensure smooth operations and transparency.

Leave Management & Office Etiquette:

Properly updating leave records and ensuring they align with the company's leave policies.

Maintaining a professional work ethic, adhering to office etiquette, and fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

Visa Assistance & Application Process:

Assisting students with visa applications, ensuring they meet deadlines and have all necessary documents.

Providing guidance and support throughout the admission process, including any interviews or entrance exams.

Pre-departure Briefing:

Offering pre-departure briefings on travel, accommodation, cultural differences, and settling into life abroad.

Ensuring students are well-prepared for their overseas journey and have all the necessary resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
