We are looking for an Experienced International Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling international customers and capable of delivering high-quality support through clear communication and technical competence.
Key Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Good computer knowledge and ability to work with online systems
- Experience in handling international customers (email, chat, or calls)
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in customer or international support
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to international customer queries via email, chat, or calls
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain customer records and follow support processes
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
