The role

We are looking for an International Trade Operations Specialist to support the operational development of our export activities.

The role is fully operational and on-site, with direct involvement in international customer management, supplier coordination and export workflows.

You will work closely with the Senior Export Manager and the Commercial Director, contributing to the execution and consistency of the export business.

Key responsibilities

• Operational management of international customers after trade fairs and negotiations
• Follow-up on qualified leads and active clients
• Preparation of quotations and order confirmations
• End-to-end export order management
• Coordination with Italian suppliers on availability and lead times
• Alignment with logistics partners and freight forwarders
• Support to trade marketing activities
• CRM updates and export reporting
• Management of basic export documentation (non-accounting)

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Export Operations, International Trade Operations or advanced Export Back Office
• Experience with international B2B clients
• Knowledge of export workflows and documentation
• Food sector experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in mktg, Economics or similar
• Fluent English
