Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with approved vendors of the company.
Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed.
Gather client requirements and communicate them to the hiring team. Strive to meet or surpass
designated expectations and acquisition targets for new clients.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory fulfillment of client
needs.
Handle full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, job
analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
Understand partner requirements for candidates and source suitable candidates from job portals
such as Dice, Monster, and Career Builder, among others.
Experience working with both W2 and C2C requirements.
Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary in alignment with the above responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,788.78 - ₹18,075.92 per month
