Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive with prior international process experience. This role involves assisting customers, handling queries via calls, emails, and chat, and maintaining accurate records. If you are passionate about delivering excellent service and can manage multiple tasks effectively, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Perform blended customer service tasks – 90% Voice & 10% Email/Chat.
• Maintain call notes, update CRM systems, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Multitask between communication and documentation efficiently.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Prior experience in international customer service (voice process).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask and maintain detailed records.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
