Job Responsibilities:

• Speak with international customers over phone
• Understand customer issues and provide correct information
• Maintain basic call records in the system
• Follow company guidelines and call quality standards

• Good to excellent spoken English communication
• Comfortable with night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Shift: Night shift 6: 30 PM - 3:30 AM
Fixed Saturday and Sunday off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
