Job Responsibilities:

Speak with international customers over phone
Understand customer issues and provide correct information
Maintain basic call records in the system
Follow company guidelines and call quality standards

Job Requirements:

Good to excellent spoken English communication
Comfortable with night shifts
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary + incentives
Paid training provided
Performance-based growth

Shift: Night shift 6: 30 PM - 3:30 AM
Fixed Saturday and Sunday off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Benefits:
