• Engage with potential customers in person, using strong communication to introduce AT&T Fiber services as an Internet Sales Assistant
• Clearly explain service options and answer questions using confident and professional communication
• Assist customers with account setup and enrollment while maintaining clear and supportive communication
• Provide a positive experience during every interaction by demonstrating excellent communication skills as an Internet Sales Assistant
• Track daily activity and continuously improve your communication approach and performance as an Internet Sales Assistant
• Attend team meetings and training sessions focused on strengthening communication and professional development
• Support outreach efforts and expand market reach through effective communication strategies
