- Lead & Motivate: Inspire a team of 9-20 outbound sales reps to exceed their targets daily.

- Be the Example: Make your own sales calls to set the pace and drive competition within the team.

- Coach for Success: Provide personalized coaching sessions to help each team member reach their full potential.

- Foster Competition: Keep the energy high with individual and team competitions to boost motivation and performance.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of stocking and merchandising techniques
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
