Invitica Solutions operates as a friendly guide in the world of sales and business consulting. We're excited to welcome a new Internet Sales Specialist to our Canadian family. In this role, the Internet Sales Specialist is responsible for bringing the Rogers experience to life for customers, handling everything from devices to data plans with expert care and attention.
As an Internet Sales Specialist, you help neighbours fall in love with the internet speeds they deserve. The Internet Sales Specialist shows customers in person how high-speed Home Internet keeps the whole house streaming simultaneously, and why their smart doorbell finally stops buffering.
Core Functions of the Internet Sales Specialist
- Represent Rogers by guiding customers in face-to-face settings through ultra‑fast internet solutions, highlighting speed, reliability, and coverage advantages.
- Promote Rogers' brand values by building strong customer relationships, reinforcing trust, and driving satisfaction with next‑generation connectivity.
- Present Rogers promotions, internet features, and bundled service options in clear, solution‑focused language that encourages adoption and retention.
- Recommend tailored Rogers solutions based on usage patterns, coverage needs, and budget priorities, ensuring customers maximize value from their plans.
- Identify sales opportunities, manage pipelines, and close deals with precision to consistently meet and exceed Rogers’ performance goals.
- Resolve customer concerns through structured troubleshooting of devices and 5G connectivity, escalating advanced issues to specialized support teams when necessary.
Education & Experience Needed for the Internet Sales Specialist
- High school diploma preferred.
- Experience in customer support, retail, sales, wireless connectivity, or subscription‑based internet services is an asset.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to explain Rogers home Internet plans, modem features, and coverage solutions while building customer trust.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with resilience to excel in Rogers fast‑paced environments and consistently achieve performance goals.

- Manages multiple customers efficiently without losing attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
