Internship: Css Team Assistant (F/M/Div)

In your new role you will:

• Manage orders from quotations to filing
• Provide reception coverage as needed
• Organize workshops and events
• Administer access permissions and annual lists
• Arrange IT setups for new employees
• Support intranet core team activities
• Handle general back-office tasks

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from any technica l or business related field. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other standard IT tools
• Good communication skills , both written and verbal, for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
• Sense of responsibility , flexibility , attention to detail and accuracy in managing tasks
• Willingness to learn, proactive approach and motivation to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting
• Friendly and professional demeanor , especially when interacting with reception visitors or during workshop activities
