In your new role you will:
  • Support the migration of knowledge to our digital knowledge bases , ensuring that all migrated content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our customers
  • Work closely with global module owners for digital knowledge to ensure that content is accurate, complete, and consistent across all regions
  • Collaborate with the knowledge management team to create and improve knowledge management articles, conducting research and gathering information to support the development of high-quality articles
  • Consult with various stakeholders , including HR partners and employees worldwide, to understand their needs and preferences, gathering feedback and suggestions to inform knowledge management decisions
  • Participate in testing and providing feedback on new implementations and improvements to our digital knowledge bases, collaborating with the knowledge management team
  • Support the development of new features and functionalities to enhance the employee experience , working closely with the knowledge management team to prioritize and implement changes
  • Create presentations on knowledge topics, including designing slides, developing content, and editing materials

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months



You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
  • An affinity for technology and technical implementations
  • A strong focus on quality and attention to detail , with a drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes
  • Experience with HR processes , project management , or digital transformation would be a great advantage
  • An excellent command of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and PowerPoint , HTML asbasic knowledge
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Fluency in German and English
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf.
