Scopo del ruolo:
Contribuire all’evoluzione di progetti basati sulla Generative AI per migliorare la Customer Experience sui canali di contatto dei nostri clienti. Tali progetti avranno lo scopo di far evolvere sia i canali in self care, come TOBi, sia i canali assistiti in modo tale che la Gen Ai supporti i nostri operatori migliorandone la risolutivita’.
Principali responsabilità:
Ideare e implementare nuove customer experience
- Lavorare con team cross-funzionali
- Analizzare le performance e journey per individuare azioni di miglioramento
- Introduzione della Gen AI su journey esistenti o in nuovi contesti
Set minimo di competenze, conoscenze ed esperienze richieste
- Approccio analitico, con capacita’ di analizzare grandi quantita’ di dati, di comprendere il legame causa-effetto, e di sintetizzare in osservazioni e raccomandazioni
- Capacita’ di comprendere soluzioni tecniche e di tradurre idee in requisiti tecnici
- AI skills
Nice to have: ulteriori qualifiche tecniche e professionali:
- Buona conoscenza di Excel e Microstrategy
- Project Management
- Italiano e inglese fluente, sia scritto che parlato
