Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master’s in Supply Chain and/or Digital in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: You are fluent in English.
Other requirements:
You have a good level in Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Power BI, GenAI and other AI solution is an asset.
Expected start date: As soon as possible.
Duration: 3 months minimum.
Work arrangements: Hybrid, attendance required 2 times a week.
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?
Creation and maintenance of BI reports and other digital solutions (full Microsoft Power Platform) to provide better data visualization, aiming to improve business decision-making and monitoring of various performance indicators (KPIs), and better collaboration of the Supply Chain Planning team.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Implementing RPA to automate repetitive tasks, increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
GenAI: Utilizing Generative AI for creating predictive models and enhancing data analysis capabilities.
Supply Chain Process Analysis: Analyzing supply chain processes and proposing improvements to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Process Digitalization: Digitalizing certain processes based on business needs, streamlining operations and enhancing data accessibility.
What are we looking for?
You have problem-solving skills and an inquisitive mind.
You have an interest in the supply chain.
You are conscientious & flexible.
You have good interpersonal skills, good communication skills & good organisational skills.
Managing projects independently under the guidance of the course supervisor.
Organisation of meetings with stakeholders to obtain information on business requirements.
Analysis of needs.
Development of the necessary tools.
Training of people affected by the changes and follow-up.
