Internship International Off Premise Trade Marketing

Company Description

As part of the Int. Off Premise Trade Marketing Team, the main priorities of the International Trade Marketing Intern will be to support the Trade Marketing strategy, supporting markets & key stakeholders across all Off Premise channels. They will do this by supporting the team in delivering shopper centric solutions that help deliver a key pillar of the Off Premise Strategy, to ‘Look Like # 1’ in store and help us win vs. competition.

We are looking for you to join us in January/February 2025 for a period of 6 months!

Job Description

TRADE MARKETING STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

As an intern you´ll support the Manager and specialist to update key global guidance across various platforms.

INTERNATIONAL POS TOOLS DEVELOPMENT

You'll support with new Point-of-Sale Tools design and development. Therefore you'll work with procurement teams and agencies to develop best in class tools.

POINT-OF-SALE CATALOGUE

In this internship you'll support the Specialist to update the International POS Catalogue and with POS Catalogue App development.

SUSTAINABILITY

Additional you'll support the Manager with Sustainability topics.

DIE LINE DEVELOPMENT FOR LOCAL SOURCING

One of your tasks will be to review new and existing die lines and keep the die lines menu page up to date so that the markets can concentrate on production and execution - "Getting the markets 80% the way there".

INNOVATION RESEARCH

In this internship you'll also do deep dive into innovation for instore POSM. You'll support the team in identifying what existing assets can be used to be proactive with retailer requests to look like #1 in-store.

Qualifications

Studying or have a university degree in Marketing, Sales and Communication or similar.

Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required.

Experience in Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing or Digital Trade Marketing preferably FMCG experience.

Demonstrate planning and project management and management of different stakeholders.

Innovative, self-motivated, solution-oriented and creative mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances.

Flexible and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
