DRIVE YOUR FUTURE You will join the Driver Italy Marketplace team, supporting the operational management of the Driver Marketplace platform and the relationships with partner suppliers. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to purchasing activities, platform development and operational excellence. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in marketplace management, supplier partnerships, data analysis and cross-functional network projects, within a structured and dynamic business environment. The position offers a concrete opportunity to develop analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, working on projects with tangible impact on the Driver network.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN You will collaborate with your tutor in:

Supporting Purchasing & Marketplace Activities, including:

• End-to-end management of requests received from the market related to the Marketplace platform (ticketing).

• Preparation of reports and analysis of sales performance.

• Management of the PAD tool (Driver Purchasing Platform): user maintenance, role profiling and product information management.

• Technical integration of suppliers and products into the Driver Marketplace platform (PAD) and ongoing maintenance over time.

Supporting Partnership Management Activities, including:

• Management of royalties, contracts, documentation and supplier master data.

• Development and maintenance of relationships with partner suppliers.

• Definition of promotional activities and events.

Supporting Network Projects: e.g. sustainability projects for retail and engagement of the dealer training platform (Driver Campus)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree: preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.

• Language: fluent Italian, good knowledge of spoken and written English.

• Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel. A predisposition for the use and learning of IT tools is highly valued.

• Soft Skills: initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and strong communication and relational abilities.

• Availability to travel within the Italian territory for visits to suppliers and clients.
