Internship Opportunity: Real Estate Website

As an intern at Mylestone Home, you will be a key player in shaping the product and operations before we launch our platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a fast-paced startup environment, contribute to the development of a new product, and support the official market debut. You will work alongside the founders and early team members across product, design, tech, engineering, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Community Building: Support marketing initiatives to generate buzz before launch, including pre-launch email campaigns, social media outreach, and community engagement.
• Cross-functional Support: Work across teams to assist with operational tasks, document strategic brainstorming sessions, and help with general startup operations as needed.
• User Experience (UX) Documentation: Participate in mapping out user journeys and gathering insights to create an intuitive and engaging experience for our target audience.
• Website & App Testing: Assist with testing early versions of the platform, documenting bugs, and providing feedback to improve functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong interest in startups, technology, real estate.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically, with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
