Do you love turning complex ideas into crisp, user-friendly documentation - and enjoy rolling up your sleeves for hands-on development tasks? Join our IT Development Team for a 3 to 6-month internship where you’ll help build and document real solutions used across the business.
What you will primarily work with
- Create clear technical docs: architecture overviews, API references, deployment/runbooks, user guides, and release notes.
- Shadow developers and translate sprint deliverables into high-quality documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to ad-hoc dev tasks: Python programming, unit tests, data utilities; RPA, Power Apps; build Power Automate flows; assist with dashboards in Power BI.
- Improve developer experience: standardize templates and keep repositories organized.
- Support configuration and tooling across Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps, environments, and simple CI/CD pipelines.
Skills you will build
- Agile practices, code reviews and working in a real dev lifecycle.
- Practical Python (e.g. Data Wrangling, Browser Automation, etc.) and the Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- DevOps fundamentals: environments, releases, and documentation workflows.
- How to communicate complex technical concepts clearly for different audiences.
You will thrive in our team if you
- Are currently enrolled in an undergraduate/postgraduate program.
- Have basic knowledge of Python or Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/BI).
- Write clearly and think systematically.
- Are curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions and learning quickly.
- Bonus skills: Git, Markdown, REST APIs, SQL, HTML/CSS, diagramming tools (Visio, Figma), Azure services.

- Start date: Flexible
- Time commitment: 20 - 37 Hours per week
