The Program Structure

This is a two-phase program designed to ensure you are fully competent before transitioning into a professional role:

• Phase 1: Professional Training (Months 1–3)Focus on the fundamentals of anatomy, vein identification, safety protocols, and the "art" of the blood draw.
• Phase 2: Clinical Internship (Months 4–6)Apply your skills in a real-world clinical setting under the supervision of senior medical staff.
• The Goal: Upon successful completion of the 6-month program, high-performing interns will be transitioned into full-time Phlebotomist Technician roles within our network.

What You Will Learn & Do

• Blood Collection: Master various venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques for patients of all ages.
• Specimen Handling: Learn the proper labeling, storage, and transportation protocols for laboratory samples.
• Patient Care: Practice bedside manner to calm anxious patients and ensure a comfortable experience.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and universal precautions to maintain a sterile environment.
• Data Management: Accurately enter patient information and test orders into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 12th pass with Science and above.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a compassionate personality.

• Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 6-month training and internship schedule.
