In your new role you will:
- Familiarize with the semiconductor reliability testing , data, data management infrastructure and tooling
- Understand the currently applied methods to model semiconductor reliability data
- Apply existing reliability models
- Apply data analysis methods to semiconductor test data
- Exchange with application domain experts and data science experts
- Document and communicate the results

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months
You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:
- Knowledge in data analysis methods , statistics or Machine Learning
- Programming skills such as R or Python
- Fluency in English or German
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
