DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

The intern will support the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team in our Headquarters, gaining hands-on experience across sourcing, recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment tools in a dynamic, international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

  • Employer branding initiatives by taking part to recruiting events (both Universities’ Career Days and Pirelli Talents Day) and managing the organization of Company Visits to the Pirelli HQ.
  • Implementing employer branding projects in collaboration with the Communication team.
  • Coordinating recruitment processes by working closely with HR Business Partners and the RPO team.
  • Monitoring recruitment KPIs and timelines, supporting reporting activities and processes.
  • Contributing to best practice sharing within the Group by fostering collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition Community.
  • Maintaining recruitment tools, contributing to the identification of innovative solutions and market best practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Master’s Degree and/or Master in Human Resources, Educational Science, Work Psychology or Humanities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
