License: WA License Required
Experience:

• Min 2 years IR experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• EPIC & Pyxis experience preferred
• Must pass Aya clinical screening
• Must be separated from Providence-affiliated facilities for 3+ months if previously employed

Responsibilities:

• Mix of 50% Inpatient / 50% Outpatient
• Must float to other campuses
• On-call: Once/week overnight + every 5th/6th weekend (30 min response time required)

Required Skills:

• Y-90, Chemoembolization, Uterine Ablation
• GI Bleeds, Sedation, Blood Product Admin
• Central Lines, Ports, Drains, TPA, Phase 2 Recovery
• Vein sampling, Vascular Device Access

Certifications:

• Required: BLS, ACLS

Preferred Skills:

• Circulate/Scrub Procedures
• IR-specific procedures (Angiograms, Embolizations, Biopsies, Paracentesis, etc.)
• Use of Vascular Closure Devices (Perclose, StarClose)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $3,450.00 - $3,500.00 per week
