About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, data-savvy Inventory Analyst to oversee inventory control and optimization across our apparel product lines. You’ll work closely with production, logistics, and sales to keep inventory accurate, efficient, and aligned with demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate system inventory levels across distribution network
  • Lead inventory reconciliation with 3PLs, cycle counts, and physical inventories
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, shrinkage, and system inaccuracies
  • Analyze variances to identify root causes and recommend corrective action
  • Develop and manage corporate inventory reporting; present ATS insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Continuously improve inventory policy, processes, systems, and controls
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
  • 2+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in apparel or consumer goods
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (A2000, WM,)
  • Advanced Excel skills; extensive data analysis (pivot tables/xlookkups)
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Apparel Experience a must

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
