<Duties>
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platform JOB BOSS.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock audits, root cause analysis of discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations to optimize inventory costs.
- Manage materials handling operations including heavy lifting, forklift operation (certification preferred), and materials management for efficient warehouse distribution.
- Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices for inventory control and logistics efficiency.
- Work with shipping companies, ie. DHL, UPS and Fedex
<Skills>
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including procurement, sourcing, and category management.
- Expertise in warehouse distribution, inventory management systems (such as ERP systems, JOB BOSS a plus ), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers; experience managing contracts within a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, process improvement initiatives, and demand planning based on supply chain analytics.
- Familiarity with logistics operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling equipment such as forklifts, and production planning.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; inventory control, knowledge of cycle counting. Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
