The ERP Data Specialist is responsible for managing the Cultivation department’s data in the enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) system, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and conducting cycle counts of all products and raw materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Enter production data into the company’s ERP system
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the ERP system and state compliance system (METRC)
- Utilize the ERP system to create or augment production orders and production kits
- Work closely with management to ensure the timely entry of data
- Perform physical inventory cycle counts and inventory RCA’s
- Compile inventory reports
- Communicate any discrepancies to management
- Perform inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with Cultivation team on miscellaneous projects
- Collaborate with the Vault and Manufacturing team on deliveries from Cultivation
- Collate and report on qualitative assessments to cultivation department heads and managers

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will report directly to the Director of Cultivation and is responsible for assisting all Cultivation department managers with ERP and inventory-related matters. This position is responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance in regards to inventory and ERP matters. This position has no direct supervisory requirements.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) in Information Technology, Systems and Network Administration or related major or 2+ years of data management and inventory management experience. Preferred experience with the Acumatica ERP system, METRC, cannabis inventory management, data entry and data analysis.
