What does the Inventory and Sales Administration do?
Join our dynamic Inventory Sales and Project Administration team, where you'll be involved in everything from managing incoming and outgoing goods to assisting customers in finding the products they need and processing sales. You'll play a key role in monitoring trends, ensuring optimal stock levels, loading invoices, and placing customer orders. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, asks the right questions, and stays on top of inventory management. If you're detail-oriented, able to conduct accurate stocktakes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!
In this position, you'll provide essential inventory support to the Lower North Island across a cluster of branches, handling all Inventory and Project Administration tasks as directed by your manager. You’ll work to enhance buying opportunities, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, all while driving operational efficiencies through a centralised inventory system.

Experience in a trade environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential.
