We are looking for a competent Inventory Warehouse Manager to oversee and report on the company’s inventory, support product handling, and help drive operational success. What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory control procedures
- Perform analysis to support inventory planning and overall network optimization
- Create and maintain cycle count and audit processes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensure stock levels are sufficient across all sales channels, including retail locations and online
- Maintain and update inventory for the online store and assist with order fulfillment as needed
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to maintain accurate inventory records
- Develop and execute inventory scheduling and replenishment strategies
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and retail locations to avoid shortages or overstock
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
- Communicate regularly with management regarding stock levels, trends, and potential issues
- Travel to retail store locations as needed to support operations and inventory needs
- Assist stores with inventory organization, stock flow, and visual merchandising standards
- Support merchandising initiatives to ensure products are displayed effectively and aligned with brand standards
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience working in a retail and/or warehouse environment
- 2+ years’ experience in inventory management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems
- Proven experience tracking inventory and generating reports
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Passion for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to operate a scissor lift or willingness to be trained
- Completed background check or willingness to obtain one

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
