Within our Private Wealth Operations department, we are offering a short-term contract of 1 year, in order to replace our colleague on maternity leave.
Your Role:
Being part of the Investment controls process team, you will:
  • Review investment strategies of our portfolious, check compliance including resolving investment breaches with external asset managers
  • Perform pre-compliance checks of new portfolio investments in accordance with applicable regulation
  • Assist in the development of a library and understanding on a broad range of fund regulatory requirements to provide confident opinion and guidance to our Sales team, External Partners, and Internal Clients
  • Review eligibility of assets, classify investments, create and maintain records in accordance with legal regulations
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent industry experience
  • Business fluency (written and verbal) in English & French
  • Sound knowledge of Excel
  • Accurate, reliable, good analytical skills
  • Flexible, autonomous, and with team-playing abilities
