About The Role

We’re looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as Investor Relations Intern based in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about investor relationship management and marketing strategy, while gaining hands-on experience in supporting investor onboarding, crafting communications, and driving engagement. You will develop skills in relationship management, storytelling, problem-solving, and campaign execution—all critical for a future career in finance, marketing, or investor relations.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

Investor Relations

• Clean and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in investor outreach
• Research and map investor preferences and activity to optimize targeting and segmentation
• Assist with end-to-end investor onboarding, including documentation, compliance coordination, and system updates
• Track and organize investor communications to translate insights into actionable follow-ups
• Monitor investor feedback and inquiries, supporting timely and thoughtful responses to strengthen relationships
• Draft onboarding guides, FAQs, and internal knowledge base materials to streamline investor support
• Assist with investor-facing content creation, including blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces
• Support client check-ins and usage analytics to help improve investor satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate and test AI tools that enhance internal workflows around investor onboarding and communications

Marketing

• Support execution of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email campaigns, and community engagement
• Contribute to content production across blogs, newsletters and social media
• Assist in developing and refining AI prompts for automated content generation and process automation

• Proficiency in tools like MS Office or Google Workspace.
