Investor Relations & Sustainability Associate

We are looking for a dedicated resource to join the Group Investor Relations and Sustainability team. You will contribute to develop and enhancing our annual report and other disclosures, with particular focus on sustainability reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to further developing KONGSBERGs equity story. You will have the opportunity to integrate with a wide range of disciplines and collaborate closely with dynamic and enthusiastic colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the annual reporting processes, including sustainability reporting, project management assistance and equity story development
  • Ensure compliance with EU and Norwegian reporting requirements, frameworks and regulations
  • Conduct benchmarking to identify best practices and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process in data collection, quality and analysis
  • Development of presentation and reporting material combining several disciplines including finance, communications and sustainability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant area
  • 1-3 years working experience from sustainability auditing, finance, investor relations, financial communications or project management
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English with excellent writing and presenting skills
  • Preferably knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy and the regulatory developments in the EU and Norway in particular
  • Experience with reporting software and IT systems
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience from utilising MS Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Office location is either Kongsberg or Oslo.
