Nice to meet you! I'm Shweta Malhotra (https://www.linkedin.com/in/shweta-malhotra-46bb951a/), a Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Samu Ruikka (https://www.linkedin.com/in/samu-ruikka-311aa9231/), our Invoicing Team Lead we're strengthening our Invoicing team in Helsinki.

What you can expect as a Invoicing Specialist at LeadDesk

  • Manage and resolve day-to-day ticketing tasks and customer requests
  • Assist with invoicing processes and related documentation
  • Support debt collection activities to ensure timely payments
  • Close collaboration with the finance teams

Must-haves


  • Recent graduate or having 1 or 1+ years of experience from a similar position
  • Problem solving skills
  • IT Skills (MS Office)
  • Pays attention to details and execute tasks with a high-level of quality and accuracy
  • Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

  • Your location: Helsinki Metropolitan area
  • Work permit in Finland
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Work model: Hybrid
  • Working hours: Flexible
  • Employment: Full-time and permanent
