About the Position
As an iOS Developer at TeamSideline, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for iOS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background (5+ years) in software development and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Coding and Programming: Design, develop and test. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Develop software solutions compliant with enterprise architecture, process, procedures and protocol. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing code. Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance software functionality.
- Strategic Decision Making: Identify and communicate strategic technology standards, frameworks, principles and roadmaps to be used throughout the company to guide technological decisions and leverage efficiency opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level team members.
- Documentation: Document written code, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Actively participate in professional development activities to enhance technical skills.
- Collaboration: Perform additional duties and projects as requested.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL. Familiarity with the following:
- Proven experience as a Swift Developer with a strong portfolio of iOS and/or macOS applications.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure.
- 5+ years of Xcode experience.
- 5+ years of Swift programming experience.
- 5+ years of iOS programming experience.
- 5+ years of XCTest/XCUITesting experience.
- 5+ years of Xcode experience.
- Android programming experience a plus.
- Experience in triaging, debugging, and monitoring automated tests.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems. Experience translating business requirements to technical solutions and developing technical specifications and documentation for use in the development and prioritization of work.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously while prioritizing company needs.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Team Oriented: Ability to gain the cooperation of others in the pursuit of company goals.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with proven track record of dependability and consistency.

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 140,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
