As an IPB Client Experience Analytics - Associate in International Private Bank Client Experience, you will be part of a team that partners with global stakeholders to promote lead acquisition, client care, and comprehensive reporting.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Client Experience team and IPB senior management
- Provide ad-hoc, value-added analysis to support root cause investigations and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with Finance, business managers, and technology teams to ensure data quality and relevant reporting
- Independently manage day-to-day workload and contribute to the team’s book of work, escalating issues as needed
- Liaise with colleagues globally to promote best practices and consistency
- Share knowledge and provide coverage across the team as required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Private Banking products and services
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau, Python)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage projects and workloads across multiple teams and locations
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities
- Ability to leverage business knowledge and contribute to strategic direction
