The Role
As our IT Administrator, you’ll be the point person for all things tech in the office—from setting up new workstations and managing cloud servers, to tracking our hardware inventory, maintaining backups, and supporting our day-to-day IT needs.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a small-team environment, takes initiative, and enjoys both strategic and tactical problem solving.

- Monitor local networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage internal services including file storage and print servers.
Inventory Tracking
- Maintain a current and accurate log of all IT equipment.
- Track equipment assignments, lifecycle status, and maintenance history.
- Coordinate hardware procurement and safe equipment disposal.
- Track installed software, license expirations, and usage compliance.
Security & Backups
- Oversee endpoint protection and firewall configurations.
- Ensure regular backups are running and verifiable.
- Support physical and digital access controls in line with privacy and security expectations.
- Provide smooth tech onboarding for new hires and handle device/user decommissioning.
- Assist with internal IT policies, access controls, and periodic security reviews.
