Job Summary:

Responsible for providing IT support, maintaining systems and network operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of hotel/resort technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain PMS, billing, and resort management systems
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV, and connectivity issues
• Install and configure systems, desktops, and devices
• Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and support
• Ensure data backup and system security

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of networking and IT support
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Knowledge of hospitality software/PMS preferred

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science
• 1–4 years experience in IT support

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
