The school is seeking a dedicated and highly organized IT & Administrative Officer to manage the institution’s technology systems and support daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure while assisting with office management, student records, and general administrative duties to support effective teaching and learning.

IT Duties

• Provide technical support to staff and students.
• Maintain computers, printers, networks, and internet connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, data backups, and cybersecurity.
• Install and update software and educational systems.
• Maintain IT inventory and coordinate repairs.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate student and staff records.
• Support admissions and enrollment processes.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents.
• Assist with exams, data entry, and school communications.
• Support school events and general office operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and/or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of networking and database management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
