Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all institution-wide IT hardware including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, biometric systems, and projectors.
Configure and administer LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, routers, and switches
.Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and troubleshoot issues in coordination with service providers.Maintain data security protocols, backup systems, antivirus software, and user access controls.Plan and execute preventive maintenance and IT asset inventory audits.Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, warranty claims, and service contracts.
Support ERP, LMS, and other educational software systems implementation and troubleshooting.Provide timely support to faculty, students, and admin staff for IT-related issues.Train and guide junior IT staff and technicians.Document network diagrams, SOPs, and incident reports
.Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics or related field
2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in an educational institution.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, network systems, and IT security protocols.Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization , and firewall management.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
