Introduction:
THE OPPORTUNITY

Onsite role 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support for incidents and service requests across hardware, software, connectivity, printing, telephony and Microsoft 365.
Troubleshoot and resolve laptop, desktop, peripheral, docking station, monitor and meeting room technology issues.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office apps.
Manage user accounts, password resets, licence assignments, onboarding and offboarding support.
Log, update, manage and close tickets accurately within the IT Service Management platform.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams while keeping users informed and supported.
Maintain device records, asset registers, documentation, knowledge base articles and standard procedures.
Contribute to process improvement, automation opportunities and the adoption of emerging tools, including AI.

YOUR BACKGROUND

1–2 years’ experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support or a similar technical support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows laptops, desktops, peripherals and Microsoft 365.
Good understanding of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office apps.
Clear, professional communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to document issues, resolutions and technical information accurately.
Confident problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in emerging technologies, including AI.
