We're currently seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to join our international IT team. You'll be responsible for leading the lifecycle management and support of our IT infrastructure services across our global operations.

This hybrid role offers flexibility with work days split between our Pukekohe Hub, Morrinsville Head Office and remote working arrangements.

The Role

As our IT Infrastructure Lead, you will serve as the subject matter expert for key systems including:

• Hyper-V
• Azure
• Dynamics 365
• Authentication
• Network architecture
• Security frameworks
• PRTG Monitoring

• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies that support business growth and provide highly available solutions aligned with performance expectations
• Design future-proof network and security architecture
• Create and maintain robust IT security strategies that adapt to organisational change and growth
• Establish and enforce security standards while managing high-quality intrusion detection and response protocols
• Oversee data backup, recovery and disaster management planning for the entire Power Farming Group
• Ensure connectivity, optimisation, resilience and performance across all sites globally
• Optimise Azure services from both cost and technical perspectives
• Manage contractor service delivery and vendor relationships

About You

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Hands-on experience designing and supporting Hyper-V, Azure, network and security services in complex hybrid environments
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity controls and incident response
• Demonstrated team leadership capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including expertise in vendor management
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and project delivery methodologies
• Exceptional analytical abilities and sound judgement
• Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to tackle diverse challenges
• A business-focused approach that aligns technology with organisational goals
