Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the organization's IT systems, infrastructure, security, and user support functions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT operations for a growing organization, ensuring reliable technology operations, strong security practices, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, internet connectivity, and workplace technology.
• Support Windows and Mac environments and provide timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365, email systems, file storage, user accounts, permissions, password policies, and access controls.
• Oversee network performance, internet management, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and security best practices.
• Manage conference room technology, video conferencing systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Own the complete IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory management, upgrades, repairs, and disposal.
• Maintain software licenses and ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, support, maintenance, and renewals.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and asset records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or IT Management roles.
• Experience supporting and managing IT environments with 200+ users/endpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, networking, internet management, and IT security practices.
• Experience with IT asset management, software licensing, access management, and vendor coordination.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience implementing IT policies and controls at an organizational level.
• Exposure to backup solutions, endpoint management tools, and cybersecurity practices.
• Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, or IT-related certifications.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
