dnata Catering Ireland is one of the leading providers of inflight services to the worlds airline customers. We offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the Irish airports.

dnata is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Manager to oversee and support all IT operations at our Dublin operations. This role is hands-on and requires a strong background in IT service management, network infrastructure, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT tickets, maintaining systems, supporting business-critical applications, and ensuring seamless device and network performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve IT service tickets efficiently using the CSM helpdesk system.
• Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Be POC for escalations to second/third-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and maintain QAD ERP systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Administer and maintain dnata cloud/SaaS systems, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support Meraki network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, wireless access points and ISP circuits.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability and security.
• Manage inventory and lifecycle of IT assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Work with EK IT to enrol devices in inTune and MDM tools and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide support for mobile devices (iOS/Android) and ensure secure connectivity.
• Maintain and support Kelsius temperature monitoring systems, ensuring accurate data logging and alerting.
• Liaise with global IT teams and vendors to coordinate upgrades, patches, and projects.
• Prepare regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and asset status.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure continuity and compliance.
• Regularly update asset inventories, network diagrams, and support logs to reflect current infrastructure and operational changes.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training to staff on IT systems were required, security best practices, and the effective use of Microsoft 365 and other business tools.
• Develop user-friendly guides and conduct workshops to enhance digital literacy and reduce support requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Meraki networking, Microsoft 365, and QAD ERP systems, Cloud/SaaS application.
• Experience with device management tools and mobile device support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & team working skills
• Be able to go through a 5 year background and be garda vetted

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
