Your Role
Operational Support:
- Assist the Head of IT in managing daily tasks, ensuring priorities are met, deadlines are adhered to, and objectives are achieved.
- Maintain and update task schedules, project timelines and action plans.
- Monitor and track progress on IT initiatives, flagging delays and providing recommendations.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as one of the points of contact for internal / external communications.
- Work closely with Help Desk Management.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, document minutes, and track follow ups.
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Head of IT's Calendar, scheduling meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Assist in drafting emails, reports and presentations while organizing and maintain IT related documentation and files.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting.
- Provide general support to the IT Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Head of IT and departmental objectives.
Who you are
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Ex; Microsoft Office)
- Multitasking and effective in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of IT processes and terminology is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management is advantageous but not required.
- Experience in administrative roles is a plus.
Hours Of Operation
Monday to Friday: 9h00am to 5h00pm
* May include some weekends*

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
Experience:
- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
