IT Operations Manager


Your main responsibilities

This is a permanent, full-time, and new role. As an IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, overseeing vendor relationships, driving automation and system performance improvements and providing support to the users You will have the opportunity to lead the IT team, collaborate with other departments, and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate IT operations at site level.
  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring high system performance and minimal downtime.
  • Provide support to the users.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, high-quality IT services.
  • Drive automation and process optimization to improve efficiency across the organization.
  • Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide reporting to management team.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years’ experience as an IT Manager, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
  • Experience with network management, server administration, and system performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with IT automation tools and best practices.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
