We are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and executing IT-related projects that support our production and operational needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, focusing on optimizing processes, implementing new technologies, and improving overall project efficiency. As part of our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of IT at Bittele and contribute to the ongoing success of our global operations.
The job scope is listed but not limited:
· Gathering requirements, forming project proposals and execution of software development related projects to meet evolving business needs and objectives
· Project management, technical specifications and documentations for systems, processes, training material, and troubleshooting
· Implement and maintain best practises on coding, code review, architecture planning and workflows with a technical team of developers
· Describe use cases, compose unit and integrated test plans, manage regression tests and manage to implement and maintain testing pipelines
· Escalation management, ticketing system management, conflict resolution
· Run team meetings based on agile methodologies; participate in management and operations related meetings, coordinate with internal and external service providers
· Other tasks as assigned by management
· IT related onboarding and offboarding of staff, server and accounts management
· Update and maintain IT security training to new and existing staff, present IT policies and execute attack/phishing simulations and implement prevention measures
· Create operations flowcharts for each software module and processes
· Hardware Inventory Management, coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and tracking of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals, resetting, imaging and set up
· Work with vendors and suppliers to procure the best equipment solutions within budget
Qualifications:
· Experience leading group of technical team members, negotiation and conflict resolution, fluent verbal and written communication in English
· End to end conception, planning, implementation and testing experience of projects
· ERP Architectural and operational experience
· EMS and/or contract manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
· Business Analyst related experience is nice to have but not required
· Office 365 administration and Azure server management
· Proficiency with Azure DevOps, CD/CI, and source control in group setting
· Proficiency in C#, SQL
· Experience in creating and managing OS images, especially Windows-based systems
· Strong knowledge of IT security principles and best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
