Responsibilities Include:

• Plans, initiates, and manages information technology (IT) projects.

• Leads, mentors, and guides the work of more junior project managers and technical staff.

• Serves as liaison between Leidos and customer teams.

• Collaborates with project control and finance regarding business and technical aspects of the project.

• Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

• Responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of large task orders.

• Ensures the assigned project achieves cost, schedule and performance.

• May act as Leidos deputy program manager on the overall OM&S contract in addition to task order responsibilities.

• Reports to Leidos OM&S Program Manager program.

Clearance Required:

• Active Secret clearance.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Ability to apply expert PMBOK methodologies as applicable to Operations, Maintenance and Sustainment (OM&S) of Mission Partner Environments (MPE).

• Requires BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 10+ years experience.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 20 years’ experience.

• Knowledge of BICES-X or other MPE Programs.
