Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., software developers, system admins, data analysts)
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
