Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Support the IT Security Head in the management and continuous development of the IT Security & Resilience function.
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve IT Security and Cybersecurity policies, procedures, guidelines and controls.
  • Assess, monitor, and support the remediation of information security risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
  • Prepare security reports, dashboards, presentations, and other management information.
  • Coordinate and support security awareness initiatives, security-related projects, and audit activities.
  • Conduct IT Security compliance reviews, gap analyses, and periodic testing of security controls.
  • Advise IT and business units on information security matters and contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and controls.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, Information Risk Management, etc.
  • Good knowledge of IT Security standards, regulatory requirements, and security technologies.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and security controls.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in banking or financial services sector.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, or equivalent) are considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, coordinate with different stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and ownership.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English, German is an advantage.

Mindestbruttoentgelt gemäß Kollektivvertrag bei Erfüllung der Mindestanforderungen:

Minimum gross wage in accordance with the collective agreement if the minimum requirements are met: EUR 3 272,23 / month with willingness to overpay depending on professional experience and training.
